AUDINT presents two multi-sensory environments in the same space, each installation pertaining to one side of the vinyl record that accompanies the Martial Hauntology book/print/record released in late 2014. Martial Hauntology mixes the whispered and the unsound into an audible journey that links the underground groove of the Large Hadron Collider with the vaults of the Bank of Hell; connects the Dead Record Network with the Phantom Hailer; and traces the evolution of the Wandering Soul Tapes to the viral dynamics of the online spectre ware IREX2.

At the Phi Centre, AUDINT utilize animated film, directional ultrasonic speakers, stereo speakers, wearable Subpacs, woodchips and hard candies to continually modulate the 5 senses throughout the installation that essentially flips sides every 30 minutes. The Delusions of the Living Dead environment reports on a 1949 research mission into Jules Cotard’s notebooks, conducted via an illicit truth serum whilst DRNE Cartography reveals Wall Street journalist Te-Peng Chen’s spectral hunt through the vinyl recycling plants of South China via messages left on Buddha boxes.
