The philosophy behind DIE POD DIE is simple: give the music its rightful due by attentively listening to albums, in their entirety, on vinyl, using a quality hi-fi system.

For this tenth session, we will have a preview listening of New Path, Montreal duo Essaie Pas' album to be released on March 15, 2018 under DFA, in an immersive sound experience. Inspired by famous sci-fi writer Philip K. Dick's A Scanner Darkly, this album unleashes from pop music's usual patterns and dives into a sensitive techno combining anguish and psychic disturbances.

When choosing their programs, DIE POD DIE and the Phi Centre also highlights the work of local and regional labels that are not well known to the general public.
