A tongue-in-cheek fashion project inspired by the absurd pressures of career success.
Office culture is dying, the 9-5 day is becoming obsolete, and automation is replacing entire industries. Terms like "post-capitalism" and "universal basic income" are being thrown left and right, but nobody knows what’s next. Until we find out, Phi is celebrating the corporate world that gave us uniformity, power suits, business casual, officecore, and much more.
Gathering Montreal’s fashion talent, Dress to Succeed is a multi-platform project consisting of a a limited-edition book, fashion films, and performances.

More about the project (The Book)
This book is a fashion-forward art book publication for collaborative content creation.
A selected group of young and talented artists: photographers, filmmakers, models, hair makeup and clothing stylists are offered an opportunity to co-create this print publication. The outcome encourages newness and challenges preconceptions about the role fashion plays in everyday life.
Produced, presented and published by Phi in association with co-creation consultant and design lecturer at LaSalle College and at École supérieure de mode (ESG UQAM) Milan Tanedjikov.
