A vibrant carnival to support efforts in Haiti

This February 23, the Phi Centre will host the first ever KANPE KANAVAL, a vibrant carnival organized by KANPE, in collaboration with Pop Montreal and the Phi Centre.  The more the merrier, as the KANPE Foundation will donate proceeds from the event to efforts in Haiti.

On the agenda:

•    Traditional Haitian masks
•    Exhibition of Haiti photo series by renowned photographer Leah Gordon
•    Music by Haitian group Doody & Kami with Arcade Fire and guests
•    Several prizes to be won including a trip for two courtesy of Air Canada

An Evening of Generosity
As this is a fundraising event, it goes without saying that generosity will also be on the agenda, which is why we have ticket options for all budgets.

50 VIP Tickets: $400 each
Includes all events plus supper, drinks and an exclusive meet and greet with the members of Arcade Fire.

Main Event: $175
Includes all events: exhibitions, concert, Creole delicacies and admission to the after party.

After Party: $30
Dance for the cause until the wee hours of the night.  DJs include members of Arcade Fire Win Butler & Richard Reed Parry, Nom de Plume (Radio Radio), The Salivation Army, and DJ ACE.

All tickets go on sale January 15th at noon at popmontreal.com. Proceeds benefit KANPE.
