Pascal and Pauline return to the lands of their parents after years of travel, and find themselves unable to pay the bills of the estate. They confront their childhood friends who, of modest origin, have never left their homeland. They come-up against Emmanuel, who wants to buy their land at the best price for the expansion of his retirement homes. Between the friendships of yesterday and the desires of tomorrow, will the war take place?
