Space D (Grand Salon)

Space D, or “Grand Salon,” is an open-plan space on the fourth floor of the Phi Centre with a capacity of 266. The space includes access to our rooftop terrace.

Espace Plateau

L’Espace Plateau is a multifunctional sound stage for film and television. It’s outfitted with a professional-grade kitchen that can be hidden behind collapsible walls. L’Espace Plateau can be coupled with the Rhinocéros space and has its own private entrance via Saint-Paul Street.

Le Rhinocéros

Straight across from the lobby is the Rhinocéros, a luminous salon with floor to ceiling windows on both Saint-Paul and Saint-Pierre Streets that offers a superb view of bustling Old Montreal. The space is currently occupied by Le Rhinocéros by Phi, an art-inspired boutique.
